Venison & porcini ragout

The fine aromas and flavours of the forest shine through in this ragout of venison and porcini mushrooms, prepared with carefully selected ingredients to create a rich and tasty sauce. Ready to use, it can be heated to fully enhance its flavours. Ideal with all types of long pasta, in particular tagliatelle, fettuccine and pappardelle.

Store at room temperature if closed, once opened keep refrigerated (temperature 0-4°C) for a few days.

Ingredients: tomato, venison 20%, porcini “Boletus edulis” 8%, extra virgin olive oil, carrot, onion, celery, salt, red wine*, herbs, spices, garlic, pepper. *contains sulphites
