Sausage and Chianti ragout

The quintessential essence of Tuscany is to be found in this rich and flavoursome sauce with sausage and Chianti. Ideal with tagliatelle, pappardelle, fettuccine and other pastas suited to a sauce rich in Italian tradition. This typical Italian ragout is enriched with the strong and unmistakable character of Chianti wine. Ready to use, it only needs a few minutes of reheating.

Store at room temperature if closed, once opened keep refrigerated (temperature 0-4°C) for a few days.
