Tomato, speck and porcini sauce

A sauce full of flavour, suitable for all types of pasta. It is prepared with the finest porcini mushrooms and speck. Ready to use, it can be heated to make the most of its rich and complex flavours, typical of Italian first courses. A real treat for connoisseurs, it can also be spread on toasted bread as a tasty appetizer.

Store at room temperature if closed, once opened keep refrigerated (temperature 0-4°C) for a few days.

Ingredients: tomato, porcini 15% (Boletus edulis), extra virgin olive oil, onion, speck* 5% salt, parsley, garlic, herbs, spices, pepper.  *smoked pork, antioxidant: E301;preservative: E250
