Salsa verde

Prepared with ingredients selected according to the traditions of Piedmont, Nobili Foods’ salsa verde can conquer anyone who loves simple and genuine flavours. Ideal for the preparation of sandwiches or as a unique accompaniment to boiled meats and elaborate dishes.

Store at room temperature if closed, once opened keep refrigerated (temperature 0-4°C) for a few days.

Ingredients: parsley 50%, extra virgin olive oil, sunflower oil, caper, wine vinegar*, anchovy, salt, flour, cornflour, garlic, antioxidant (ascorbic acid), pepper. * contains sulphites
