Radicchio chutney

The slightly bitter flavour and aroma of radicchio gives this chutney an intriguing flavour and makes a sauce perfect for all cheeses and dishes with a sweet note, in a sophisticated play of contrasts to be appreciated in every bite.

Store at room temperature. After opening, keep refrigerated (0-4°C) and consume within a few days.

Ingredients: radicchio 88%, sugar, lemon rind and juice.
