Strawberry and black pepper chutney

The sweetness of strawberry, combined with a delicate spiciness, is at the heart of this delicate and elegant chutney. Intriguing and surprising, it can be used to enhance both fresh and mature cheeses.

Store at room temperature. After opening, keep refrigerated (0-4°C) and consume within a few days.

Ingredients: Strawberry 80%, sugar, lemon, thickening agent:pectin, pepper 0.2%; 80 grams of fruit per 100 grams of finished product.
