A sauce with sweet and sour flavours and scents, this chutney of red tomatoes and garlic lends itself to a multitude of combinations. Ideal with strong cow or goat’s cheeses, it also goes well with grilled or boiled meat dishes.
Store at room temperature. After opening, keep refrigerated (0-4°C) and consume within a few days.
