Cocoa and pear cream

This delicious cocoa and pear cream can be enjoyed straight from the jar or spread on bread. The gentle flavour of pears is enlivened by spicy cocoa in this sweet treasure. It can be used as a filling for cakes or croissants.

Store at room temperature, once opened keep refrigerated (0-4°C).

Ingredients: pear, sugar, bitter cocoa* 3%, thickening agent: pectin, lemon, vanilla aroma *acidity corrector: potassium cabonate. 75 grams of fruit per 100 grams of finished product.
