Elderberry preserve

From the black berries of the elder comes this fragrant and flavourful jam, which preserves the beneficial properties of red fruits and the scents of the countryside and the woods. A delightful and particular product, try it on a slice of white bread or straight from the jar to treat yourself to an intense moment of comfort.

Store at room temperature, once opened keep refrigerated (0-4°C).

Ingredients: elderberry, sugar, thickening agent: pectin, lemon rind and juice. 62 grams of fruit per 100 grams of finished product.
