Fruits , staple food of our diet ensures the intake of most nutrients that our body needs.
Eat fruit means then also prevent the onset of tumors.With the exception of some fruits such
as avocado , the fruit is virtually fat-free thus being an excellent food to be taken during the
low-calorie diets.The fruit also,being very rich in water promotes hydration of the body especially
during the summer and during sports activities . And useful regularly eat fruit ,
as always it has been suggested , considering it an essential food for all ages and in all seasons .
